  • I am deeply passionate about any initiative that centers young people. Too often, adolescents are expected to navigate heavy pressures without the right tools or understanding. I engage with youth in schools, community spaces, and events to help them make sense of their experiences, build resilience, and recognize their own inherent worth.s here

  • Perfection is a myth, and success is rarely a straight line. I openly share about my life + my own academic journey—including the stumbles and failures along the way. I do this to show young people and rising professionals that a setback is never the end of the story. There is always a way forward.

  • I actively support and partner with orgs serving survivors of domestic violence, and initiatives uplifting marginalized and historically underserved communities. I am dedicated to creating brave spaces rooted in dignity, advocacy, and true restoration where people can show up authentically.

  • Through my work as a budding therapist and Co-Founder of the BIPOC Healing Collective here in Iowa City, I am open to facilitating workshops, discussions centered on trauma, nervous system regulation, burnout, and breaking generation cycles. This is tailored for schools, non-profits, and community groups.

A Note on Accessibility & Fees

I believe community work should be accessible. Every organization, school, and community group operates on a different budget.

  • Flexible + Custom Rates: Speaking and event fees are determined based on the scope, duration, and type of event.

  • Pro Bono + Reduced Rates: I reserve a select number of free or discounted appearances for community-centered initiatives, local schools, and non-profit organizations whose missions align closely with youth empowerment and racial equity.
